No kidding huh?!!

I wonder if that is why my small pox vaccine never would "take". You know the scar on your arm? All the kids had them but me! They even tried my leg and back of the arm. Nope...nothing.

 Bobbie! I agree with Froggie too, stay waaaaay out of the sun. They also have oatmeal bath soaks for the itch, just in case you can't stand it any longer.

Linus, did your shingles feel like hundreds of stinging bees? OMG..mine did! I still have the circular scar on my back. Never again I hope.

Edited to add: When they said you can get anything at Walmart, this wasn't what I had in mind.

You moved house recently and into a new community. Each community generally has a different set of bugs or strains of bugs and you won't be immune to them. So it's not unusual to catch lots of things for the first six months or so. :x

I tried the oatmeal Aveeno bath the other night. I won't be doing that any time again in the near future. My fat ass couldn't get out of the tub. Hubby had to lift me out of the tub. I have a nice bruised knee and a wrenched back on top of the chicken pox.

Many people didn't scar...I didn't! My understanding is it only means you didn't "Need" the shot!

I've never had the shingles but I've heard it's really painful.
Hope you feel better soon.

it's downstairs and i have forgotten what it is called

it's not cheap
